A 14-story luxury building with 50 housing units.
The building was designed so that each apartment had an open and beautiful view, with on one side sand blocks and on the other side a story garden.
The apartments are extra spacious and include a storage room and parking. In the garden apartment building, 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses of 5 and 6 rooms and 2 penthouses on the roof.
At the entrance to the building is a luxurious lobby with an extra high ceiling.
